I had a great CVS run today!
I got everything in this picture and used the Buy One Get One Free sales and many printable coupons!
I rolled my $10 ECB from last week and only spent $5.90 OOP (out-of-pocket) but will get a $6.99 rebate check via mail from the Organix Shampoo company (saw a “try me for free* rebate by mail tag on the bottle). So I will make $1.09! And I also earned back $9.98 in ECB’s to use next time. Not too shabby!

I also used the $4 off $20 beauty care coupon that I received via email. The cashier said she wasn’t sure the coupon would scan since she didn’t think I technically had $20 worth of beauty products (I guess just the shampoos would count?), but the register/scanner accepted the coupon so she said she would take it. I thought that was pretty nice of her.
So I ended up doing pretty well and only lost a couple of cents worth for my ECB’s.
I’m starting to get the hang of CVS-ing and now that I understand it a little bit better, I’m really liking it! I know I’ve still got a lot to learn though! Looking forward to some more frugal ventures soon.
