Yes, I had about 13 SmartSource inserts from 4/19/2009 Washington Examiner random free paper delivered during a 4-day torrential downpour of rain in my neighborhood, and I got Red Plum inserts from my parents from almost every week.
Surprisingly, I have yet to order the Washington Post to get their Sunday paper (solely for coupons) but I am almost ready to do that now that I’ve been getting the hang of “couponing” and enjoying the savings!
