Tomorrow, Wed. July 13th, 2011 Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is opening up its newest location in Northern Virginia. If you show up between 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM tomorrow you can get a free entree coupon**UPDATE: YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON FOR A FREE ENTREE TO REDEEM ON SAT. JULY 16TH** to celebrate its grand opening. This offer is only available for at the Manassas restaurant for only one hour according to the employee I spoke with on the phone. UPDATE: Apparently the employee I spoke with earlier today misunderstood my question, or there was some sort of miscommunication on the offer.
