I remember going to the Ice Capades as a kid, and let me tell you, there is something magical about seeing your favorite characters live and skating on the ice! I’m really looking forward to taking my own kids to Disney On Ice next month when the show is in-town in Washington DC and Baltimore MD!
Disney On Ice celebrates “100 Years of Magic” arrives at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. on Wed. February 15th – Mon. February 20th, 2012, and at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore on Wed. February 8th – Sun. February 12th, 2012! A century of classic and new Disney stars are taking to the ice to share memories, laughs and excitement with you and your family.
This year’s show “100 Years of Magic” will feature the largest cast ever assembled of lovable Disney stars on ice – including:
- Mickey Mouse,
- Minnie Mouse,
- Buzz Lightyear,
- Woody,
- Pinocchio,
- Jiminy Cricket,
- Stitch,
- Nemo,
- the Incredibles,
- plus exciting moments from Disney’s Mulan and The Lion King.
There will be beautifully choreographed figure skating to Academy Award®-winning songs “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Under the Sea,” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”.
Tickets can be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets via charge, or you can call 1-800-551-SEAT, go online to the Ticketmaster website, or buy at the Verizon Center box office and 1st Mariner Arena box office.
