Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons 6/30/09 – Shopping Trip #2

Today I made my second (and last, I think) trip to Harris Teeter during their Super Double Coupons promotion ending today, Tues. June 30th, 2009.

Here’s a picture of what I got:

Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons 6.30.09That cute little hand reaching for the M&M’s of course belongs to my candy-loving toddler :)

My original price before sales was $80.08.
VIC (Club Member) savings were $23.02
Total before coupons was $57.08
Total after coupons was $31.80

Total savings including sales and coupons came to about 60% (not the best savings out of my normal double/triple coupon trips, but I bought some organic and natural items that I normally wouldn’t buy because after coupon the total price was equal or less than the normal generic groceries I’d buy).  I also bought some items that I did not have coupons for but needed: sliced bread, HT brand rice milk, and Kraft Cheese (acutally I didn’t need the cheese, but I wanted the Catalina…)

I had another Kraft Catalina print out!  This time I bought 3 Kraft Natural Cheeses @ $2 each and got back a $2 Catalina OYNO (on your next order).

The HT Kraft catalinas are still printing (at least at the Bristow, VA store)!

Hope you all got to take advantage of the HT Super Coupons as well!
A word of advice… if you are going to head out there tonight to take advantage of some last super coupon deals, check the end caps of the aisles if the section where your product is normally located is bare.  For example, the Lysol Disinfecting Wipes were on sale B1G1 Free (2 for $3.79) and matched with the $1/2 Coupon from the Smart Source insert doubled this would mean you get 2 for free with coupon doubled.  I got to the shelf and it was completely bare… other smart couponers beat me to it!  As I looked around the store some more, I saw a not-so-obvious side/end-cap of the aisle with about 10 more of the Lysol Wipes.  Woo hoo!  So keep your eyes open and search the end caps to see if you can “scrounge up” any more freebies with your coupons.
