Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons 2/17/10-2/23/10

Good news, the rumors were true! Harris Teeter is offering a special coupon promotion at their grocery stores this week (Feb. 17th – 23rd, 2010). They are DOUBLING manufacturer coupons with a face value of up to $1.98. That means $1 coupons will double to $2 off! $1.50 coupons will doubled to $3 off! They have a limit of 20 coupons per day, which in my experience is enforced by use of your VIC card.
