Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all enjoy the Easter holiday this weekend. My family and I are not just looking forward to egg hunts, Easter baskets and time with family, but in rejoicing in the mighty work that Jesus has accomplished on the cross and for saving sinners just like us!
Besides wishing you a happy holiday, I wanted to write a quick post to apologize about my post frequency and freshness of content this week, which I feel has been not as good as usual. This has been a heart-wrenching week for my husband and I due to a trial we are going through (not against each other, but we are going through something together), and to be honest we are emotionally drained. I haven’t had my usual energy and my heart just hasn’t been into coupons and deals this week. Even though this week has been difficult, I have been greatly comforted by God’s sovereignty and that He causes all things to work together for good to those that love God (excerpt from Romans 8:28). And I am so proud of my husband for standing up for what was right.
Thanks for bearing with my (lack of) blogging this week and I hope to get back into the groove of coupons and deals next week. Have a beautiful Easter holiday!
