National Lemonade Day – Fri. Aug. 20, 2010

Today happens to be National Lemonade Day (Friday, Aug. 20th, 2010). Apparently the first lemonade-type beverage was concocted in Paris, France way back on August 20th, 1630. Celebrate the day with a cold glass of lemonade!

Select Chick-fil-A restaurants are offering a special National Lemonade Day offer: Purchase a medium or large freshly squeezed lemonade and you will receive a Spicy Chicken Sandwich FREE. It appears that the only Northern Virginia location participating is the Chick-fil-A at Ballston Common Mall in Arlington, VA.
