Discounted Food & Additional Goodies on Tax Day April 15, 2010

Yesterday I listed in my post here some free food options for Tax Day today. Below are some additional restaurant and stores that are offering discounted food and goodies to treat you on Tax Day. It’s not free, but it’s still a pretty good deal!

1. Austin Grill is giving its Rewards Card members a free $10.40 credit good for use until midnight tonight. You should have received an email (early this morning) with the following verbiage: “Tax Day $10.40 Reward Reminder: Tax Day is upon us! Bring in your Rewards Card to redeem your Tax Day relief reward and get something back for a change.” This could possibly equal free food, or discounted (I don’t know what the average price is for entrées, and it depends on how much you personally decide to order). 2. Boston Market is offering a “last-minute tax break” for Buy 1 Individual Plate, Get 1 Free (of equal or lesser value) valid April 15th-18th, 2010. Print off and bring in this coupon. To find your local store, click here.
3. McCormick & Schmick’s, the seafood restaurant is having a Tax Relief Celebration today. They are offering $10.40 dinner and drink specials in the bar today. Bar guests will also receive a $10.40 gift certificate for a later visit. Professional tax preparers are also offered a free dessert on the house plus a $10.40 certificate if they show a business card. For more information click here. To find your local store, click here.
4. P.F. Chang’s is offering 15% off food purchases for dine-in or take-out food today, excluding alcohol and happy hour food and beverage items. No coupon necessary. For more information click here. To find your local store, click here.
5. Smokey Bones is offering a Tax Relief Coupon for a free appetizer with any purchase on Tax Day. Print off this coupon to redeem at your local restaurant. I noticed they have locations in Woodbridge, VA and Fredericksburg, VA. To find your local store, click here. Thanks A Frugal Chick.
6. Okay, this one is actually free, but it’s not food…Hydramassage is offering  free HydroMassages on April 15th-18th to help eliminate stress around tax day. Be sure to print off the coupon listed on their webpage and call ahead to schedule your free massage (due to high demand). See the link here for the map with participating locations. It looks like there are participating locations in the following N. VA. cities: Alexandria, Fredericksburg, Herndon and Manassas. And there are participating MD locations in the following cities: Bowie, Dundalk, Ellicott City, Kensington, Laurel, Reisterstown, Rockville, Silver Springs, Upper Marlboro and Waldorf.
