My 4-year old son has developed a new interest in helping mommy in the kitchen… mainly helping me measure and pour ingredients into the bowl for various recipes and helping stir (mainly Mac & Cheese and Cookies). I’m looking for fun ways to cultivate his culinary interest and increase his knowledge in nutrition and math, while helping me cook. Plus, with my pregnancy-fatigue, I need all the help I can get in the kitchen!

Tying in with my son’s new interest in helping me in the kitchen and my love for baking and creating desserts in my own kitchen, I’m so excited to be hosting a giveaway for a beautiful handmade child’s apron from the Giggling E! Dana is a fellow coupon mom who has taken her love for handmade infant and children items into something quite extraordinary.

Dana began the Giggling E by joining together the two things she loved the most – her children and her passion to create. With the birth of her son, Ellison, she discovered an abundance of items that could be purchase from a store for her little one. However, she quickly concluded that there is so much more she can make with her own two hands that will make life with children much more enjoyable and, at the same time, teach her children the gratification from the act of making. Also, knowing many other new moms, she found that there was a shared desire to have products for our children with a special personal touch.

With the encouragement of those wonderful mom friends, she began making products and selling them through Etsy. The company name is a tribute to her son’s vivacious character – ever-giggling Ellison. The fun has multiplied with her daughter, Madison, who also inspires Dana to keep dreaming of new things. These giggling bundles of joy have continually inspired her creations and she is delighted to share them through her shop.
