I love Christmas lights and now is the time of the year when I really get to enjoy them! Living here in the DC metro area, we have some great light displays and festivals to see. One of the best ones, in my opinion, is the Bull Run Festival of Lights at Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville, VA. The festival has been going on for over 12 years and attracts thousands of visitors each year. This year’s festival opened November 23rd, 2011 and runs through January 8th, 2012! Bull Run Festival of Lights is located just off of I-66 in Centreville, on Rt. 29 (Lee Highway), just 3 miles from historic Manassas Battlefield Park.

The Bull Run Festival of Lights and Winter Wonderland Holiday Village will be lighting up the night with its holiday extravaganza including a 2.5-mile drive-through light show culminating at the holiday village that includes food, carnival rides, vendors, hayride, an animated Christmas tree, pictures with Santa and a musical, animated lightshow!

Plus, they have a special coupon here good for $5 off admission until Dec. 2nd, or $3 off any Mon-Thurs. Dec. 3rd or later (excluding holidays). Regular admission fees are:
Mon – Thurs: $15 per car/van holding up to 14 people
Fri, Sat, Sun & Holidays: $20 per car/van holding up to 14 people
