Fri. July 5th & Sat. July 6th, 2013 at 10:30 am  you can catch Bari Koral and the Family Rock Band performing live at Wolf Trap for the Theater-in-the-Woods!

Bari Koral and the Family Rock Band: For a family-friendly alternative to Top 40 radio, look no further than this catchy pop ensemble whose latest release, Anna and the Cupcakes, was named among the Top Cool Kids Albums by People magazine.  Hip and exquisitely talented bandleader Bari Koral (called “Sheryl Crow for kids”—NY Post) has won the hearts of young fans everywhere with catchy Beatles-influenced pop songs like “Butterfly,” “The Backpack Song,” and “Gingerbread Man.” The group enjoys a significant radio presence, with heavy rotation on Sirius/XM Kids, as well as TV appearances on child-friendly channels like Nickelodeon and Noggin. Their full-length albums, Rock and Roll Garden (2012) and Anna and the Cupcakes (2012), have both received recommendations and awards from Parents’ Choice and the National Parenting Publications Awards (NAPPA).
