Coming up in just one week is the annual holiday wonderland The Enchanted Forest from the Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV). I first heard about this event from my blogging friend Java Mom a few years ago and my family and I had the opportunity to attend year. *Keep reading for a chance to win a family 4-pack of tickets!*

This year marks the 13th annual The Enchanted Forest taking place Sat. Nov. 23rd and Sun. Nov. 24th, at the Westin Tysons Corner Hotel.

What’s in store this year? In case you’re not familiar, the Enchanted Forest is a winter-themed festival designed for the entire family, and includes activities dazzling holiday decorations, captivating entertainment and fun for the entire family. Create holiday wonders with hands-on children’s activities featuring Kids in the Holiday Kitchen and the Children’s Science Center. You’ll also be able to watch the National Capital Trackers Model Train Display as it chugs along the tracks. Plus, if you want to get a headstart on your holiday shopping, you’ll find festive and unique gifts in the Marketplace. There will be over 100-theme-decorated holiday trees and handmade gingerbread homes up for auction as well.

Want to know more about the JLNV and the proceeds from this event? The JLNV is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. All proceeds from The Enchanted Forest support the Junior League of Northern Virginia’s mission and community programs that inspire and prepare children for success.

Tickets can be purchased online here or at the door. General admission starts at $13 per person. Please note that premium events and gala tickets are available for separate purchase, in addition to general admission.
