March is turning out to be an exciting time for DC area foodies! If you love good food and bargains, you’ll love Restaurant Week happening right now in one of my favorite suburban cities.
Fairfax City (in Virginia) has launched its new Restaurant Week! Even though I’m a little late announcing it (…you have through Saturday) I’m excited to go out and try a few local eateries.

Each restaurant is offering a $35 three-course dinner menu, a $20 three-course lunch/brunch menu, specials, and additional entertainment and features.
Fairfax City Restaurant Week runs from March 4 – 10. This is a great opportunity to try out globally diverse cuisines, and support the many locally-owned restaurants in Fairfax.
